Title: Heavenly Whole Wheat Bread Bmm

Yield: 1 Loaf

1 1/8cWater
2cWhole wheat flour
1cBread flour
1 1/2tsSalt
4tbButter; or margerine
2tbSugar
1/4cInstant potato flakes
1 1/2tsRed Star yeast

Place all ingredients in bread pan, select LightCrust setting, and press start. After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on cake rack, and allow to cool 1 hour before slicing.
